I haven’t had a lot of experience with Parrots yet - just a couple of visits, like brake fluid changes and resealing a transmission gasket - but both visits have left me smiling. This is a proper old-school garage with fantastic people who give you straight, honest answers. I’ll be coming here for regular maintenance and jobs going forward. Renee on reception is friendly and on top of my job - the team clearly takes pride in their work. Even though my car (and me) can be high maintenance at times (mostly down to what it is and what I do with it), I actually look forward to coming back. It’s 20 miles from me, and it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Parrots Automotive - thanks for everything you do.

This shop is great! Very honest and trustworthy shop. Got my car taken care of for a reasonable price in quick fashion. I will definitely come here again!

Replaced a broken bulb quickly and at a reasonable price. I'd go back. Update: went back for my annual inspection in September 2024. They were really fast, friendly, and it was affordable. Love this place.

This place is such a randome place in the middle of downtown Durham, but also a great place. They are the nicest car repair shop I have been in my life. I have lived in several other states.They are clear about the costs, they evaluate your car without extra costs, they treat you nicely and it almost feel like you have met them for many years. Definitely coming back for regular work.
